Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use Paired Golf. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

Paired Golf is a matchmaking platform for golfers to connect and schedule golf outings. We facilitate introductions only and do not control or supervise in-person meetings or communications between users

We do not conduct background checks or identity verification. You acknowledge that all use of the App and interactions with other users are at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Share or transmit content that is hateful, abusive, violent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
• Use automated systems or bots

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

The App allows direct messaging between users. You agree to use this feature responsibly. While Paired Golf encourages social interaction through golf, we do not guarantee user safety, compatibility, or outcomes of any meetups.

Paired Golf is not affiliated with any golf courses or country clubs. We are not responsible for any:

• Club-related charges, fees, or cancellations
• Conditions or conduct of golf facilities
• Injuries or disputes arising at, en route to, or from a golf course

All arrangements made between users and golf clubs are strictly between those parties.

Paired Golf may display personalized or targeted advertisements within or outside of the App. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We may use your personal information (such as age, gender, location, and app activity) for ad targeting purposes
• Third-party partners may assist in serving these ads using tracking technologies like cookies or SDKs
• You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings or opt-out tools provided by industry organizations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paired Golf LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Any claims arising from in-person meetings or user conduct
• Any liability related to the use of golf facilities, including injuries or costs incurred

You agree to resolve any disputes with Paired Golf LLC through binding arbitration, waiving any right to jury trials or class actions. You may not bring claims as part of a class or representative action.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms or any harmful behavior.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

1. Membership Access

Memberships in organizations and private clubs are managed externally. Verification codes are provided directly by the organization or club. The app does not sell, process, or manage these memberships, subscriptions, or payments.

2. Unlockable Features

Entering a valid verification code unlocks certain digital functionalities inside the app, such as extended tee times, expanded search radius, member-only groups, and other exclusive features. These features remain available only while the membership is valid.

3. Leaving an Organization or Club

Users may leave their organization or private club within the app at any time. Doing so will only remove the in-app benefits associated with that membership (e.g., exclusive features). It does not cancel or terminate the real-world membership with the organization or private club.
If a user wishes to cancel or end their actual membership with the organization or private club, they must contact the organization or club directly.

4. Privacy & Data Handling

The app stores a user’s organization or club association solely for the purpose of enabling exclusive features. This information is not shared with third parties except as required for membership validation.

5. Revocation of Benefits

Access to exclusive features depends on the app’s active integration with the organization or private club. If the partnership or integration becomes inactive or is terminated, related benefits may be removed or revoked. In such cases, members of the affected organization or club will no longer have access to these exclusive features within the app.

Glossary of User Types

To ensure clarity, the app supports three user types. A single individual may qualify under more than one category at different times.

Guest User

A guest user does not belong to any organization or private club within the app. Guest users have limited access to features. To unlock additional features (such as extended tee times, expanded search radius, or advanced matching), guest users must purchase them through the app under the applicable terms and pricing.

Private User

A private user is an individual who has created a personal account in the app but does not belong to an external organization or private club. Private users may access features available to individual accounts and may purchase additional features as determined by the app.

Organization User

An organization user is a verified member of an external organization or private club, confirmed by entering a valid verification code. Organization users receive additional in-app benefits associated with their membership at no extra cost within the app, provided the partnership between the app and the organization remains active.
